PROCESS
Coco peat from the fiber unit is dumped and washed to remove excess salt content in it.
Whereas in the unwashed coco peat the salt level is high which is not suitable for many
plants.
After washing the coco peat is naturally dried and the dry material is transported to
factory for compression.
The washed coco peat has the lower electrical conductivity level.
Whereas in the unwashed coco peat the salt level is high which is not suitable for some
of the plants.
After compression according to the customers customized specification, it is palletized
and shipped.
- Coco peat has high lignin and cellulose content.
